About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales organization. This role is critical to generating pipeline growth by engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling high-quality product demonstrations for our sales team. As the first point of contact for many prospects, the SDR plays an essential role in delivering a strong customer experience while representing the PatientNow brand with professionalism, urgency, and authenticity. The ideal candidate is curious, coachable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn modern sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when engaging prospects.
  • Comfortable handling high activity levels across calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms preferred.
  • SaaS, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Engage prospective customers through phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and other personalized outreach methods to drive meaningful conversations.
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, business challenges, and operational goals within the aesthetics and wellness industry.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by consistently executing outbound campaigns and follow-up activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of PatientNow’s products, value proposition, and industry landscape to effectively position solutions.
  • Accurately document prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline updates within Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture through collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
