About The Position

Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives to support our growing team in Scottsdale. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop their communication and sales skills while gaining valuable experience in the health insurance industry. Ultimately, providing a pathway and a real opportunity to join our main sales floor as a licensed health insurance broker. You'll work directly with customers, identify opportunities to provide additional products and services, and learn the fundamentals of a high-performance sales environment. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through professional phone conversations
• Assist customers with questions regarding their coverage and benefits
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
• Present additional products and services that may benefit customers
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
• Track sales opportunities and performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams
• Review insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
• Verify applicant information and supporting documentation
• Assist with quality assurance and compliance requirements
• Help resolve application issues in a timely manner
