Requirements

US-based talent: Required non-negotiable for local area familiarity and cultural fit.
3-5+ years of SDR/appointment setting experience (mid to expert tier).
Very high English spoken and written skills; must sound like a business professional, not a call center agent.
Consultative relationship builder (not transactional) and detail-oriented for accurate lead tracking.

Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Contact cold leads, build trust, and engage in natural, consultative conversations (no scripted pitches).
Appointment Setting: Schedule office tours and site visits for prospects.
Lead Disposition & CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions and lead statuses in their CRM system.
Community Representation: Act as a local, community-focused team member to build genuine relationships with business professionals.
