Chapter 2 is an embedded talent business that partners with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the US and Europe. They embed senior recruiters directly into client teams under a Talent OS model, combining recruitment, employer branding, and technology. Their clients are typically Series A–D companies in SaaS, deep tech, and healthcare that need to scale rapidly without the overhead of a full internal TA team. Chapter 2 has grown to over 160 people globally in under four years, and the US chapter is now being established. This role is responsible for owning the pipeline for both the East and West coasts, identifying companies, engaging people, qualifying opportunities, and working with the US co-founder to close deals. The role is designed for individuals motivated by uncapped earning potential, with a low base salary and a high On-Target Earnings (OTE) reflecting expectations for strong performers within 12-18 months.
