About The Position

We’re seeking an amazing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen likely customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, an ideal SDR would have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. An SDR should be a quick learner with strong Interpersonal & communication skills and have the ability to present our offerings in a fascinating way. Every potential lead is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales development, preferably in the software and marketing services sector.
  • Proficiency in handling outbound calls and effectively qualifying leads.
  • Ability to maintain high morale and efficiency despite frequent rejections.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls, often facing a ratio of 1000 NOes to one YES, without letting it impact their performance or motivation.
  • Deep understanding of our business domain. Familiarity with the intricacies of software sales and marketing services is essential to effectively qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Adept at nurturing unqualified leads, maintaining engagement and potentially scheduling them for demos in the future.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails etc.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and account executives
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps
  • Manage a detailed report on client reach-out status and report to the supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Keep records accurate and up-to-date
  • Timely & comprehensive follow-up with leads to convert them into scheduled calls with Account Executives
