About The Position

Pallet is seeking a curious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be one of the initial points of contact for prospects. This entry-level role does not require extensive sales experience but emphasizes hunger, a strong willingness to learn, and proactive initiative. The SDR will play a crucial role in building the company's outbound sales motion from the ground up, collaborating closely with founders and sales leadership. This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into Account Executive, partnerships, or marketing roles. The SDR will be responsible for identifying target prospects, building targeted lists, executing outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and booking meetings for Account Executives. They will also be involved in testing and refining outreach strategies, surfacing prospect feedback to improve go-to-market efforts, and contributing to the development of sales processes and playbooks for future SDRs.

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel — identify the right prospects, build targeted lists, and get in front of them before the competition does
  • Run outbound campaigns end-to-end using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, and learn what actually moves people to respond
  • Turn qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives and handing off leads that are ready to close
  • Test constantly, messaging, sequences, timing, targeting, and bring what you learn back to the team
  • Surface prospect feedback that makes our whole go-to-market smarter
  • Build the processes and playbooks that the next generation of Pallet SDRs will use
