Sales Development Representative - Austin - June 2027
About The Position
As a Sales Development Representative, your initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive curriculum where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. This serves as the base of new hire learning and provides you with the tools to make an instant impact as part of a highly collaborative sales team. Oracle provides continuous training and coaching throughout your career. This role is an in-office role. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. For clarity purposes, this means that Oracle is not in a position now, or in the future, to offer US immigration sponsorship. This includes, but is not limited to, support of H-1B, TN, O-1, green card or F-1 e.g. EAD, OPT, CPT, I-20, F-1 visa stamp etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required & Business Major preferred
- Financially motivated and committed to a long-term career in sales
- 0-1.5 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework

Responsibilities
- Qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps.
- Build sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling.
- Build a strong foundation of industry competence, Oracle product knowledge & sales methodology that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers.
- Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities and targets.
- Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM applications.
