Requirements

  • At least 2 years of SDR experience, selling B2B in SaaS/Software/Tech. Other industries will also be considered, however B2B is a must.
  • Proven outreach success with reliable outreach structure, objection handling techniques and the ability to set up next steps.
  • Highly money motivated and have a strong work ethic. Proactive enough to maintain a busy workload.
  • Strong CRM organizational skills and can keep track of leads sensibly and effectively.
  • Ability to relate and communicate well with others, by email and over the phone.
  • Inquisitive and eager to learn. Values professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and general outbound activity across different territories to generate sales pipeline.
  • Prospect and convert outbound leads into quality conversations.
  • Manage inbound leads generated by the Marketing team.
  • Arrange online product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
