We're looking for a hungry, relentless, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our GTM team. You'll be on the front lines—finding the right contacts, starting real conversations, and turning cold lists into a warm pipeline. This is an outbound-heavy role, and you'll own your numbers. You'll work closely with Account Executives to target freight brokers, 3PLs, and carriers who are ready for a smarter way to run their operations. If you love the grind of outbound, get fired up by a "yes," and bounce back fast from a "no," this role is for you. This is an early hire on a fast-growing sales team. We promote from within.
