About The Position

We're looking for a hungry, relentless, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our GTM team. You'll be on the front lines—finding the right contacts, starting real conversations, and turning cold lists into a warm pipeline. This is an outbound-heavy role, and you'll own your numbers. You'll work closely with Account Executives to target freight brokers, 3PLs, and carriers who are ready for a smarter way to run their operations. If you love the grind of outbound, get fired up by a "yes," and bounce back fast from a "no," this role is for you. This is an early hire on a fast-growing sales team. We promote from within. The path forward is real.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or any role that involved a lot of outbound communication
  • You're competitive by nature and genuinely want to win
  • Strong written and verbal communication—you can write a cold email that actually gets a reply
  • Comfortable on the phone and not rattled by rejection
  • Organized and self-motivated—you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done
  • Curious about AI and excited by what it means for a massive industry like logistics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, or Clay
  • Time spent at an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative multi-touch sequences
  • Research target accounts and write personalized outreach for logistics and freight decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Keep your pipeline and activity data clean and up to date in our CRM
  • Test new messaging, share what's working (and what's not), and help sharpen the team's playbook
  • Hit your weekly and monthly pipeline targets—and push past them
