About The Position

The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in building outbound sales pipeline and supporting the company's early go-to-market motion. This position focuses heavily on proactive outreach, prospect engagement, and qualification of potential customers across the cybersecurity sector. The role is well suited for individuals at the beginning of their professional careers who demonstrate strong interpersonal intelligence, resilience, and a genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment that requires consistent outbound activity and disciplined follow-through.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of professional experience in a performance-driven environment
  • Demonstrated resilience and work ethic through activities such as sales, athletics, public speaking, debate, acting, or leadership roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects by phone
  • Ability and willingness to perform 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
  • Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or emerging AI-driven solutions
  • Coachable mindset with openness to structured training and feedback
  • Stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability (candidates with jumpy resumes will not be accepted)

  • Experience with outbound sales tools or CRM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting , including making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach channels
  • Research prospective organizations and identify key decision-makers within security and technical teams
  • Personalize outreach messaging to effectively engage targeted accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and targeting approaches
  • Provide feedback to leadership on prospect responses and campaign performance to improve outbound effectiveness
