OSG is seeking motivated and coachable recent graduates to join their Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This role is ideal for individuals with curiosity, drive, and a passion for building relationships and solving problems, even without extensive prior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling print, mail, and communication solutions specifically to property management companies, HOAs, and real estate organizations. OSG provides comprehensive industry training. The position involves learning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and growing accounts. Daily activities include outbound outreach, attending industry events, conducting needs assessments, and presenting customized solutions to real estate decision-makers. New hires will receive support from experienced teammates and production/operations teams. The role offers territory coverage in the Chicago, IL (Midwest) or Phoenix, AZ (Southwest) markets and requires local travel for client meetings and industry events. This position can be based out of the Carol Stream, IL office or remote in the Phoenix, AZ area.
