Leapsome is building its Sales Development Representative (SDR) function from the ground up, and this role is for the third person to join the team. This is an opportunity to help shape the SDR process, including defining effective messaging, account prioritization, and daily workflows, rather than following a pre-existing playbook. The philosophy is AI-forward, utilizing automation for repetitive prospecting tasks to allow the SDR to focus on adding a human touch, appropriate tone, timing, and understanding customer needs. The day-to-day involves researching and reaching out to HR and People leaders, qualifying them, and handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives (AEs). Success is measured by pipeline generated and meetings booked, with transparent career growth opportunities in sales.
