Requirements

  • Proven closer track record — 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally digital marketing/agency services, SaaS, or high-ticket services (must have closed deals consistently).
  • Top notch communicator: confident on calls, sharp in writing, builds instant trust and rapport.
  • Self-disciplined remote machine: you thrive without micromanagement, stay organized in CRM and hit daily activity metrics.
  • Rejection-proof mindset: every "no" gets you closer to the next "yes", you feed on it.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: excited by pure commission with no floor (and no ceiling).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect aggressively into businesses hungry for digital transformation (cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted sequences).
  • Run high-value discovery calls to expose massive pain points and untapped revenue opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, present customized solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close signed proposals.
  • Deliver compelling, ROI focused presentations that make the value impossible to ignore.
  • Build long-term relationships with value-first follow-up, driving repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
