The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commercial is an energetic, driven sales professional responsible for growing SDI's footprint within the Chicago commercial market. This role is equal hunter and farmer — generating net-new opportunities with Fortune 100 and mid-market accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships within SDI's existing commercial client base. A key responsibility of this role is partnering with SDI's Xchange team to place apprentices at new commercial accounts, helping clients address talent gaps while advancing SDI's workforce development mission. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of sales or technical presales experience, a working knowledge of the Chicago commercial landscape, and the hunger to build something meaningful.
