About The Position

Npoint is scaling rapidly-and we're looking for a Growth Sales Development Rep (SDR) who can help us build pipeline now while shaping how we go-to-market. This is not a traditional SDR role. As a Growth SDR, the candidate will operate at the center of our go-to-market motion for Npoint-leveraging real-time buying signals, outbound strategy, and market insights to generate qualified pipeline and drive early adoption of a category-defining platform. A candidate won't just execute-they'll help define how we break into accounts, refine messaging, and accelerate growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in building pipeline from the ground up-while gaining hands-on experience across sales, strategy, and operations. If a candidate is looking to move fast, learn quickly, and build a career in tech, this role puts them in the middle of the action. The position involves the full sales motion/operation-from marketing to connecting to proposing. The job title can also be referred to as "Business Development Manager". This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Curious, coach-able, and motivated to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working with data, tools, and performance metrics
  • Manage a challenging workload independently
  • Familiarity with a subscription-based or recurring revenue business model

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound and signal-based prospecting
  • Identify and engage high-value accounts using data, intent signals, and research
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Help shape account entry strategies and outreach sequences
  • Support Account Executives by assisting in building quotes and proposals in partnership with the pricing team
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data across CRM and sales tools
