Npoint is scaling rapidly-and we're looking for a Growth Sales Development Rep (SDR) who can help us build pipeline now while shaping how we go-to-market. This is not a traditional SDR role. As a Growth SDR, the candidate will operate at the center of our go-to-market motion for Npoint-leveraging real-time buying signals, outbound strategy, and market insights to generate qualified pipeline and drive early adoption of a category-defining platform. A candidate won't just execute-they'll help define how we break into accounts, refine messaging, and accelerate growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in building pipeline from the ground up-while gaining hands-on experience across sales, strategy, and operations.
