This role focuses on farming inbound opportunities, both warm and cold, through segmentation, follow-up, and value-first nurturing. The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for fast inbound response and qualification, booking qualified discovery calls, and maintaining HubSpot CRM hygiene. Additionally, the role involves building and testing light nurture campaigns, re-engaging cold leads, and supporting existing client expansion by coordinating value moments with leadership. Continuous improvement through weekly sales rhythm, learnings, and messaging feedback is also a key aspect of the position.
