About The Position

We are currently hiring new grads for our full-time Sales Development Program at our Brockville Profit Centre! About the Program: At Noble, our people drive our success. Our Sales Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager launch their careers and grow into a leadership position as an Account Manager. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete four phases that cover core areas of our business. The Four Phases: 1. OPERATIONS: Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers. 2. COUNTER SALES: Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where you’ll get to apply your product knowledge in a customer facing role. 3. INSIDE SALES: Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform. 4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Learn from industry experts on how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio. After completing the Sales Development Program, you’ll transition into an Account Manager role within Noble’s Ontario network—owning territory expansion, engaging directly with customers across regions, and working cross-departmentally to deliver growth and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Completion of College Diploma or University Degree or Post-Graduate Certificate – all disciplines of study will be considered
  • Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
