About The Position

The SDR team at Netskope is a critical part of the demand gen machine at Netskope. This team is responsible for engaging Netskope’s prospect accounts with the goal of increasing lead quality and conversions to meetings. The Manager, Sales Development Team will recruit, onboard, mentor and lead a team of SDRs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and/or demand gen experience
  • 3+ years of sales team management/leadership experience
  • Strong experience motivating and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process
  • Proven ability to build processes aimed at achieving sales and marketing goals
  • Strong focus on customer service: external and internal
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Outreach, Drift, or other sales automation software

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, onboard, mentor and lead a team of SDRs
  • Create measurable goals and team objectives aimed at achieving regional sales goals
  • Provide insight and analysis of lead data and create engagement plans based on this analysis
  • Provide regular reporting on team output
  • Structure creative outreach strategies to curate and build top of the funnel leads
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Global Campaigns and PMM teams to set up and manage automation systems to nurture leads at scale
  • Set up processes to manage and create positive customer engagement through website chat
  • Partner with field marketing team to drive event registrations and attendance
  • Work closely with the Sales team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
  • Comfortable providing updates with the metrics/highlights that keep extended team informed
