About The Position

Join a dynamic market-focused Business Development Team dedicated to bringing Bosch innovation to commercial contractors. As the primary voice in the market, you will deliver programs, products, and solutions through our distribution partners and directly to end-users. As a globally recognized brand in Power Tools, Accessories, and Measuring Tools, you will drive market growth through cold calling, jobsite visits (construction), and partner visits with distribution partners. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and solidifying Bosch's presence in the commercial contractor market.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Previous B2B sales experience required.
  • Sales experience within the construction, building materials, and/or power tools industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and financial acumen.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Role will require lifting of 10 lbs - 70 lbs.
  • Must be located in the greater Milwaukee area.
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Working in the field with users on the jobsite, in the tool crib, and collaborating with distribution partners to sell new products and meet annual new business targets.
  • Being present where the contractor works, buys, plays, and learns to effectively communicate the Bosch story and convert new customers into loyalists.
  • Owning top jobsite accounts; engaging directly with users to understand their needs and product usage, becoming a product and application expert to deliver Bosch solutions to the largest contractors in the market.
  • Collaborating with marketing and the local team to execute events at dealerships, on-site, and at local trade unions to drive Bosch brand insistence in your market.
  • Working with distributor outside sales representatives in the tool crib and on-site.
  • Executing local events at job sites and with local dealer partners.
  • Engaging with CRM daily to drive effective business development through data management.
  • Managing the assigned budget.
  • Continuous learning through virtual and in-person training to develop product, application, and sales knowledge, and to stay within compliance.
