As the Sales Development Flex Manager, you will play a pivotal and uniquely impactful role across ServiceTitan’s Sales Development organization. This is not your average manager seat—it’s a high-visibility opportunity for an adaptable, results-driven leader who thrives on variety, loves building high-performing teams, and wants to make a broad organizational impact. In this role, you will serve as a “floating” first-line SDR Manager, stepping in to provide coverage and lead Sales Development Rep (SDR) teams across the organization during manager absences or working on special high-impact projects. During coverage periods, you’ll be embedded with a team—running the full playbook of a front-line manager—while gaining exposure to 5+ second and third-line leaders and directly influencing pipeline production across the business. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of outbound Sales Development: cold calls, cold emails, direct mail, creative follow-up—whatever it takes to help us find and serve as many service contractors as possible.
