About The Position

The Sales Development Executive promotes and sells RRD’s products and services within an assigned territory, product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. The role develops revenue by generating leads, initiating prospect calls, and building ongoing relationships with current and prospective customers. It is accountable for increasing the sales-to-client ratio, expanding the customer base, and maintaining a record of sales achievement. The position pursues leads, visits strategically important existing and prospective customers, assesses customer needs, and recommends suitable products and services. It responds to complex customer inquiries, negotiates prices and delivery times within authorized limits, and closes sales orders to meet revenue targets. For at least the first six months, the role is expected to receive a non-recoverable draw of $50,000–$150,000 per year. After that period, the draw may change or decrease over time, with unlimited commission potential.
