About The Position

This is a full-time Sales Development & Customer Service Rep position with DuctMasters at their Weston, FL office. The role requires an outgoing and organized professional to coordinate with a team, answer phones, schedule service appointments, follow up on missed calls, respond to web form submissions, and make outbound calls to leads. The representative will use ServiceTitan to manage the appointment calendar and customer/job information, and coordinate with dispatchers and field technicians to ensure efficient customer service and support daily productivity. This role offers opportunities for growth and additional duties as the business expands.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (with advance notice)
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance/attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
