About The Position

Ivoclar is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Coordinator to join our team, who is a proactive communicator with a passion for driving business growth. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the engine behind our lead generation efforts; qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. This is more than just a sales support role, it's a chance to make a measurable impact on revenue and customer retention while working with cutting-edge tools and a collaborative team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative coordination (preferably in a technical or B2B environment)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative mindset and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with order entry/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with technical products or solutions-based selling.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification or sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify Marketing and Academy leads within your territory.
  • Convert leads into opportunities, and pass them to our Field Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and make calls and texts with customers, dental practices, and internal sales teams.
  • Follow up with customers to secure reorders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and use Business Intelligence tools to identify targets.
  • Proactively reach out to dental practices to uncover new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
