Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license preferred
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Previous sales, customer service, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Learn warehouse operations and inventory management
- Assist customers and build lasting relationships
- Develop product knowledge across plumbing, waterworks, and industrial supplies
- Prepare quotes and support the sales process
- Shadow experienced sales professionals and branch leaders
- Learn how to solve customer challenges and grow business
- Build the skills needed for future sales and management opportunities
