About The Position

The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. The New Jersey salary pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $18,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements

  • 2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Honda & Toyota experience a plus but not required
  • Large volume store experience a plus
