The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. The New Jersey salary pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $18,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
