Requirements

  • 2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Honda & Toyota experience a plus but not required
  • Large volume store experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
  • Responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
  • Ensure sales goals are attained
  • Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
  • Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
  • Address and resolve customer concerns
