This role is for a driven automotive professional with a strong sense for numbers and a passion for leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing top-performing sales teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive Desk Manager required
- Strong analytical and deal structuring skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing sales staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and results
Responsibilities
- Structure and desk deals with a focus on maximizing gross, volume, and lender relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve close ratios and overall performance
- Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants on sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices
- Monitor key performance metrics and enforce accountability across the sales floor
- Support daily dealership operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
