Tampa Honda is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Desk Manager to lead their high-performing sales team. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader who knows how to desk deals, coach sales professionals, appraise trades, and drive results in a fast-paced dealership.

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Sales Desk Manager experience required
• Preferably Bilingual
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of increasing sales performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Desk and structure deals efficiently
• Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Appraise trade-ins accurately
• Lead daily sales activities and drive performance
• Provide exceptional customer experience while meeting sales and CSI goals
