About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. As a designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments. Complete sales and design training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $95,000 annually, including commission and bonus. This role offers a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonus. It is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule, featuring a 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship. Responsibilities include starting the sales route with provided leads and marketing materials, building rapport with clients to understand their organizational needs, assessing opportunities within the home, educating customers on products and services, and utilizing sales training and communication skills to assist residential customers.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates are sought.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
