The role offers a flexible schedule, the ability to work from home, and control over income. Closet Factory, a national franchise organization rated #1 in its industry for over 41 years, has experienced substantial growth. The company is looking for Sales/Design Associates to join their professional team to sell and design custom storage solutions directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers. Closet Factory specializes in custom closets, home offices, garage cabinetry and flooring, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, wall beds, and more. The sales territory covers the 8 southern counties of New Jersey, the 5 eastern counties of Pennsylvania, and the northern county of Delaware. A comprehensive and proven training program is provided to help committed individuals achieve substantial financial success and independence.
Requirements
- Passionate, upbeat, experienced salespeople with a great track record
- Interest in home organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Consumer sales experience
- Possess solid Selling, negotiations and closing skills
- Focused and committed to the revenue score board
- Have the schedule to accept and close company generated leads AND prospect for new Designer Created business
- Detail oriented with some concentration in design & space planning
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Commitment to be financially successful
Responsibilities
- Sell and design custom storage solutions directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers
- Accept and close company generated leads
- Prospect for new Designer Created business
- Develop and enjoy long term relationships with clients and solicit referrals
- Network effectively with Trade Associations and Charitable Groups
- Develop your own portfolio of clients
