About The Position

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Requirements

Must reside in NJ, within a 30–40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
