About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will have the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments with clients close to your home. Complete sales and design training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This role offers a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses, a hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule, and 16 weeks of paid sales training with ongoing mentorship. You will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, understanding customer organizational needs, educating clients on products and services, and utilizing sales training and communication skills to assist residential customers.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates are sought.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
