About The Position

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Essential Functions include selling Corvette parts primarily through incoming phone calls, providing customer service by answering questions and finding solutions to problems using software, website, and experienced staff. The role also involves following up with previous customers, generating quotes for international orders, and online chatting through the company website.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls.
  • Customer Service: answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200+ years of experienced staff.
  • Following up with previous customers.
  • Generating quotes for international orders.
  • Online chatting through our website.
  • Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers’ concerns are understood, and resolution is clearly explained.
  • Process customer orders/changes/ returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
  • Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
  • Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services, and Promotions.
  • Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times.
