About The Position

The Sales & Customer Service Specialist is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners and other supporting departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing various administration within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office environment, or hospitality
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel
  • Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps and their corresponding accounts
  • Oversees the internal accounts administration of a variety of national and/or regional accounts
  • Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts, including returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc.
  • Accurately processes orders via SAP Business One software for assigned accounts and helping with samples and other accounts as needed
  • Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g.inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation information, etc.)
  • Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders & special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end
  • Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One
  • Responds to all communications and inquiries within 2-4hours
  • Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
  • Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
  • Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
