- Must be located in Hackettstown or within a reasonable driving distance.

- Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
- Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
- Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Drive growth and profitability at the site.
- Welcome guests.
- Convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members.
- Maintain a high degree of engagement and morale.
