A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. Responsibilities

Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Drive growth and profitability at the site.
Welcome guests and convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members.
