About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in keeping properties looking their best. From troubleshooting entrance gates and completing minor repairs to maintaining the grounds and preparing units for customers, no two days are the same. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, we'd love to have you on our team.

Requirements

• General maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance with willingness to travel to different locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gate access systems.
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Maintain the grounds through mowing, trimming, weed removal, and seasonal snow removal.
• Clean storage units, offices, and common areas.
• Travel between multiple properties.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns while following company policies and procedures.
