About The Position

The Sales Coordinator supports and coordinates clients’ rental equipment needs, ensuring that rental-related branch functions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. The role offers an opportunity to learn different aspects of the business in preparation for a future role in sales and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives and branch management with coordination of rental equipment and accessory inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Liaise between customers and other branch departments to meet or exceed customer expectations and maintain goodwill for future business.
• Manage all on-rent and off-rent activity in the RentalMan system.
• Dispatch service calls for deliveries, equipment pickups, parts, and maintenance.
• Monitor accounts receivable reports.
• Create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets.
• Continuously build knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
