About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales team. The sales coordinator will work closely with the sales teams to assist with execution of administrative tasks in support of account management, business development and systems maintenance. The purpose of this role is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid, long-lasting development of the organization.

Requirements

College degree in administration; or 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bilingual
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT and SharePoint)

Responsibilities

Update and maintain the sales repository and other sales-related tools
Support National Account maintenance by completing master data requests
Coordinate National Account roll outs with National Account Manager / Business Development Team
Assist National and Key Account Managers on batch price list additions
Manage customer portals by gathering information needed and update accordingly, including pricing updates
Monitoring Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities and coordinate submissions by collecting required information, complete submission documents and coordinate reviews with Legal department
Act as the resource person for the sales team with respect to Master Data and ERP
