About The Position

The Sales Coordinator functions as a part of the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and post-sale coordination of equipment orders from start to finish. In this role, you will process equipment orders, coordinate deliveries, maintain stock/inventory records, and prepare sales documentation. Ensure customers receive their equipment as promised, with all necessary paperwork and internal systems accurately maintained.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
  • High level of organization and time management skills to manage complex, fast-paced sales cycles
  • Advanced office & computer skills, with the ability to multitask across phone, computer systems, and vendor coordination

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with material handling or heavy equipment is a huge plus
  • Prior logistics/transportation scheduling experience preferred
