About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Calgary branch to work in partnership with our local Sales Team to provide knowledgeable and excellent customer service to our clients!

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business administration or coordination, preferably in sales operations
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Drive and passion for sales
  • Out-of-the-box and proactive thinking
  • High energy with strong initiative
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supporting contract document management and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Post-secondary education

Responsibilities

  • Provide vacation and out-of-office coverage for sales, including ad-hoc reporting and D365 opportunity generation and management
  • Execute sales enablement tasks, including DocuSign/CLM management, CRM (D365), and Partner Center hygiene updates
  • Communicate corporate initiatives, reporting, and hygiene updates to branch sales teams during bi-weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure sales effectiveness by overseeing lead entry and tracking lead outcomes, centralizing efforts with Sales Operations Specialists
  • Serve as D365 branch support and champion, facilitating branch-level CRM adoption and training
  • Contribute to business reviews by providing updates and following up on key actions
  • Manage Strategic Bid Team (SBT) bid emails from bid sites and provide bid site support by pulling down opportunities
  • Oversee account change management forms and processes
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on strategic account planning, leveraging sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo
  • Act as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) champion, promoting and tracking customer feedback initiative
  • Coordinate and manage tasks and projects with the sales team and clients
