The Sales Coordinator acts as a key liaison between field sales and internal teams, collaborating with Pricing, Marketing, Art, and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating custom print projects, supporting quoting, data management, and sample fulfillment, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy and execution throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or some college education
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in foodservice, print coordination, or CPG environments

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sales process execution, assisting with project coordination from concept through delivery
  • Act as the primary coordinator for custom print projects, partnering across Sales, Art, Pricing, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Maintain accurate product and customer data, managing item setup details including pricing, descriptions, and logistics
  • Develop and prepare quotes, supporting pricing activities and customer requests
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage sample requests, and maintain customer data
  • Research campaign targets and support sales outreach initiatives with data insights
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support day-to-day customer activities and requests
  • Coordinate sample requests and support customer deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Provide flexible support across the sales team, adapting to evolving priorities and business needs
