About The Position

JLL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Leasing team. This role will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers, engaging in administrative, financial, marketing, and operational functions. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment with exposure to various aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and other coordinators to contribute to the office's overall success.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new software and JLL’s in-house platforms.
  • Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys and tour books.
  • Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer/prospect correspondence.
  • Update and maintain the company's Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
  • Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
  • Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
  • Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
  • Assist and participate in planning for industry functions, client events, and open houses.
  • Collect and process deal file paperwork.
  • Calculate, generate, and send invoices utilizing the JLL accounting platform.
  • Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room setup, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front desk coverage.
