The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and is responsible for providing professional, engaging, and friendly service to internal colleagues and clients, primarily via phone and email. This role involves qualifying general inquiries, responding to customer needs in the absence of sales personnel, escorting site inspections, and maintaining positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network. The Sales Coordinator will also oversee communication to assigned key local accounts/programs and post promotions to partner websites. Additionally, the role supports sales administration by maintaining account details in Opera Sales & Catering, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating site inspections, assisting with reservations for VIPs, managing shipping and receiving for the Sales & Marketing team, updating literature and lists, distributing information to departments, preparing reports, and providing clerical support. The Sales Coordinator will attend daily stand-up meetings and monthly sales meetings, and coordinate amenity distribution.
