About The Position

Champion Modular is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our Strattanville, PA team. This role will assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations and activities involving Marketing and Sales Programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Attentive to detail
Ability to prioritize
Highly organized
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectively
Strong multitasking capabilities

Nice To Haves

Former sales support and customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
When Salesmen are not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.
Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
Check accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.
