About The Position

Sales Coordinator (Appointment Scheduling) – Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site Great at talking to people? Organized? Ready for a career with a growing company? Logan Services is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Dayton team. This is a sales support and appointment-setting role—not a sales position. You won't be selling HVAC systems or closing deals. Instead, you'll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest, learn a little about what they're looking for, qualify the opportunity, and schedule an in-home appointment with one of our Comfort Advisors. If you enjoy conversations, building rapport, and turning a good lead into a great customer experience, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• Confident and personable communicator
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Positive, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong follow-through and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, inside sales, hospitality, or home services is helpful—but we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with incoming customer leads by phone, text, and email
• Talk with homeowners to understand their needs and determine if an appointment is appropriate
• Qualify leads and set in-home appointments for Comfort Advisors
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Build rapport and create a great first impression
• Keep customer information accurate in our CRM and scheduling systems
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams
• Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals
• Help ensure every qualified customer receives timely follow-up
