Requirements

Skilled at connecting with people and a strong communicator
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
Passion for creating amazing customer experiences
Must have full working rights in Australia.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is a bonus
Experience in sales, retail and customer service is highly valued
Would strongly suit candidates with relationship management experience

Responsibilities

Be the go-to guide for clients, helping them plan, book, and manage their events and celebrations.
Master our range of experiences and confidently recommend and sell tailored packages that wow our clients.
Take charge of inbound sales enquiries and build strong B2B relationships with potential and existing partners.
Deliver exceptional, personalised service while managing event administration tasks.
Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure every event is seamlessly executed, leaving clients delighted every time.
