About The Position

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Internal Operations Manager and plays a pivotal role in the success of our sales team by responding to leads promptly, engaging customers during initial appointments, managing the schedule of Design Specialists, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. This role involves answering incoming service leads from technicians in the field, responding promptly, and engaging customers during initial booking appointments to establish a foundation for successful sales calls. The Sales Coordinator will communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner, manage the schedule of the Design Specialists for efficient resource allocation, and qualify leads to match customers with Design Specialists based on personality and expertise. Additionally, the role includes booking and coordinating sales appointments, verifying document completion after a job is sold, assisting with phone calls, entering warranties, building jobs in the absence of the Install Coordinator, and providing support to Design Specialists by encouraging them and building positive relationships with both customers and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience with providing customer service over the phone
  • Previous phone sales
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • Ability to represent SIERRA AIR INC. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively switch between tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and Design Specialists
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service leads from technicians in the field
