Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to maximize selling time and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate and service group bookings from contract through departure, ensuring seamless execution of all details and revenue optimization.
  • Prepare and manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within Hyatt systems.
  • Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes to ensure clear communication across departments.
  • At the discretion of the Director of Sales, manage and support a small market segment, including quoting, contracting, and detailing business.
