About The Position

A Hotel Sales Coordinator assists clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the team within his department as well as providing services directly to the client. The coordinator also works with various hotel departments, as well as with outside vendors, to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly.

Answers telephone and responds to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
Answers client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicates with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Coordinates internally with the sales & marketing team.
Generates reports, prepares proposals, collections details, coordinates with clients & suppliers.

Responsibilities
